1. Free Shipping in the USA

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM PST are processed the same or next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or US federal holidays.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders from our Kentucky warehouse to ensure fast delivery across the country.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to the United States.

Please Note: We only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

5. Sales Tax

Prices displayed on our website are in USD and do not include sales tax. Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with current US tax regulations.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers are typically active and searchable within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your WiFi Beam Booster is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
