1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

At Modem Boost, we stand by our WiFi Beam technology. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Email us at support@modemboost.com to start a return.

2. Return Shipping & Address

Unlike other stores, all our returns are handled locally at our Kentucky headquarters.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable — see our Shipping Policy for outbound shipping details.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your booster arrives broken or stops working due to a manufacturer defect:

  • Contact us at support@modemboost.com with a photo or video of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately, including any original shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Eubank warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Please note it can take 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.

5. 2-Year Modem Boost Warranty

We provide a 2-year performance warranty on all WiFi Beam Boosters. If the hardware fails within 24 months of purchase, we will replace it for free.

This warranty does not cover accidental water damage, physical abuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by misuse.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed fast to ensure quick delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us or email us within 2 hours of ordering.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 30-day policy.
